Ted Hupka, Realtor®, is a lifelong resident of the Prince William & Stafford area and has very strong ties to the community.  Ted grew up in Montclair Subdivision of Dumfries. As a graduate of Potomac High School in Woodbridge, Ted has created lifelong friendships that continue today. Ted learned hard work and customer service while working at his family owned business Stafford Home & Garden for 25 years. Ted realized that only customer loyalty ensures a successful business in any industry. That loyalty is built by trust earned. Ted watched the bedroom communities of Prince William and Stafford County grow from rural counties to bustling communities that now includes major corporations such as Raytheon, Lockheed Martin, Northrup Grumman, etc. When Ted entered the Real Estate industry over 16 years ago. His knowledge of the community and his personal relationships helped make him one the highest producing Agents in the Fredericksburg Area Association of Realtors® (FAAR). Ted has received numerous awards not only from the FAAR but he has been acknowledged with the highest level of sales award- The COLDWELL BANKER International President’s Elite Award. Together Ted and his wife Anne Hupka, ABR®, Associate Broker, CNIS, CNAS, CNMS, CNRS  formed The Hupka Team in 2009.  Anne is a second generation Real Estate Agent. Her Father Chris Tukas inspired her to get her Real Estate license in 2002. After a yearlong apprenticeship with her Father, Anne joined the largest relocation network in the world in 2003. As a Certified Cartus Relocation Specialist she has earned through production and educational requirements the following Cartus Designations-Cartus Network: Marketing Specialist, Inventory Specialist, Residential Specialist and Affinity Specialist. Cartus provides relocation services to large corporations such as USAA, NFCU, Raytheon, as well as government, Department of Justice and military personnel. This allows Anne additional opportunities to help you buy or sell a home by connecting you with incoming or outgoing residents. Also a lifelong resident of the Fredericksburg area she has extensive knowledge of the community and its market trends. Anne has volunteered countless hours of her time at the FAAR helping educate other agents by instructing numerous courses including The Code of Ethics. She also has served on the Education and Grievance Committees. In 2005, Anne completed her educational requirements for her VA Real Estate Broker’s and VA Appraisal Trainee licenses. Anne has also been honored by FAAR, Century 21 & Coldwell Banker as a top producer.  The Hupka Team has a proven track record of success.
