Before n' After Cafe

One of my favorite places in Stafford (and the world, actually) is right down the street from Austin Ridge! The Before n' After Cafe is great for coffee in the morning, it's super kid-friendly for lunch and even has live music many evenings.

Best Pool in Stafford!

When clients tell me that amenities like pools and tennis courts are important to them, Austin Ridge always jumps to the top of my list. While it can be quite crowded in June right after Stafford schools let out for the summer, for most of the year it's easy to find a chair anytime of the day. I also really like this neighborhood's tennis courts (and the homes are great)!
