Dawn's first priority when working with new clients is to LISTEN. She asks her clients "what are your needs?" Secondly she asks her clients "what are your concerns?" By asking these two simple questions, and more importantly, by listening to their all-important answers, she is able to gain insight that will prepare her to accurately address her client’s true desire in the housing market. Her famous saying is "nobody wants to be sold!" And she truly believes that.
Next she gives her clients information they need to be confident and knowledgeable in their future decision. This ensures her clients will be able to move forward through the process of buying or selling a home in today’s ever changing market. She believes that a well-informed client is crucial in making the entire process run smoothly. She has vast knowledge of real estate and its' related industries, having been an owner of a private contracting company in the Northern Virginia area. A Virginia native, and daughter of a serviceman, who raised her own family, she can offer personal insight and guidance and is empathetic to the needs of relocating families.
Truly a "people person", Dawn has been awarded the Quality Service Award, based solely on feedback of the experience her clients had while working with her and their highest recommendation. She values this award above all others. This is a direct reflection of her service and commitment. She has also earned the designation of Certified Relocation Specialist, Residential Short Sale and Foreclosure Specialist, and is a member of Local, State and National Associations.
When not at work, Dawn enjoys spending quality time with family, friends, and her favorite 45 lb. spotted rescue named Dot, who can often be seen riding shotgun around town.
