Art Place at Fort Totten

Oh, it is still in the works. This project will revitalize this neighborhood significantly. When completed it will feature condos and retail in a planned mixed use development. While the progress has been slow, Cafritz still believes they will be ready for initial occupancy in 2016 with completion in 2017. Today, artist renditions are all that exist. Within a year, it will rival the growth in Brookland.
