Frank Mayolo was born and raised in Northern Virginia and has spent his entire adult life involved in the real estate industry in one way or another. He first entered the industry in 1985, when he purchased his first investment property. Since that time he has bought and sold many properties for his own portfolio which he continues to grow and develop as a professional real estate investor. In 1987, Frank obtained his real estate sales license and has been involved with real estate sales ever since.
Frank is a graduate of George Mason University with a bachelor of science in business administration and decision science (information systems). After earning his bachelor’s degree he returned to George Mason where he earned a M.B.A. with study concentrations in Management and Finance. Frank chose to use his educational credentials in the corporate world for many years while he continued to stay active in real estate sales and his personal real estate investment business on a part-time basis.
In the corporate world, Frank worked for some of the largest real estate and relocation companies in the country. During the busy months his experiences in relocation had Frank involved with more than 50 residential single family home closings per month. Opportunities to grow professionally within the corporate world took Frank out of relocation and into the Wireless Telecommunications industry where he spent many years and grew to the level of Chief Financial Officer of a highly entrepreneurial, technology oriented, consulting services, and software development company. Later he moved to a transportation and logistics company again assuming the role of Chief Financial Officer. Frank has a long list of business achievements not the least of which includes building and managing the corporate operations groups necessary to support revenues of more than $30 Million annually. Frank has been involved in a number of corporate moves including site selection and commercial property negotiations through his tenure as a Chief Financial Officer. Upon leaving the corporate world Frank built several local Loudoun County community small businesses through nationally recognized franchise systems or, from scratch, on his own. He still owns, operates, and manages a number of these local enterprises.
Despite his successes in the corporate & business world, Frank’s passion has always been with real estate and he has continued to stay active buying, selling, and managing properties for his family’s portfolio. During all this time Frank has used his real estate expertise and sales license to help friends, acquaintances, and a long list of those that they have referred to him, to achieve their dreams of home ownership.

In his personal life, Frank is a dedicated family man. Frank lives with his wife and two sons in Ashburn, VA where he is very active in the community. Frank loves soccer and was very active coaching and volunteering for his sons' teams for nearly two decades. He is involved with fitness and health activities. If you don’t meet Frank through real estate, community events, or one of his business ventures; you’re likely to see him out for a jog, at the gym or around the community at a sporting event, local gathering spot, or a community event.
