I have now worked with Kathy to buy houses and sell houses and both experiences have been smooth, fun and enjoyable. In the past when I have bought or sold properties it was a stressful process. Kathy does everything in her power to reduce this stress and explain how she expects the process to work going forward. This could be in the form of answering a late night phone call or sending me a text letting me know the status of particular renovations. Kathy is particularly adept at explaining the benefit and expected returns of any expenditures she recommends. For example, she recommended I update some kitchen appliances prior to selling.
