Why Kathy Sells Real Estate
Kathy’s success is rooted in the philosophy of understanding her client’s desires which is done by establishing clear communications and the establishment of trust between client and agent.
Kathy and Sellers
By understanding what role technology plays in today’s society and that most buyers start their research online, Kathy positions all her clients’ listings online for maximum exposure. Beside the traditional sign outside the home and listing on MLS Kathy utilizes Twitter and Facebook to grow her social media presence and market your property.
Throughout the sales cycle you can expect frequent status updates on marketing, showings and related trends in your real estate market.
Kathy and Buyers
As an Accredited Buyers Agent, Kathy’s success is achieved by her ability to find homes that will bring her clients long-term happiness. Her patience to find the right property for each client is the overriding facet of doing business with Kathy as your long-term satisfaction is her goal. She encourages each client to carefully evaluate their decisions prior to making them final by offering expert advice as it relates to events or issues that might affect her client’s investments in the future. This style assures that her clients are never pressured to make a decision and are educated before a final decision is reached.
Kathy’s goal is to build a long term relationship with each client and to be considered their real estate agent for life.
