The community of Kingsbrooke is at the hub of the Linton Hall corridor in Prince William County.  Conveniently located on Linton Hall Road between Routes 28 and 29, Kingsbrooke provides incredible access to shopping, restaurants, and unparalleled transportation options for reaching points east and west.

Kingsbrooke has a wonderful variety among its 949 homes, with several styles of townhomes, carriage homes, single-families, and a Reserve section of executive homes, providing options for almost any size family.  Amenities include a clubhouse that is available for party or meeting rentals, two tot lots, a recently-updated double tennis court and a full-sized swimming pool.  The pool is a central feature of the community, as it serves as home pool for the Kingsbrooke Sea Lions, a very active 300+ member swim team that competes in the Prince William County Swim League.

Shopping is close at hand, with major shopping centers in Bristow, Gainesville, Haymarket, and Manassas only 5 to 15 minutes away.  The Virginia Gateway entertainment complex in Gainesville is just 2 miles up Linton Hall Road, and features dozens of restaurants, shops, and the Regal RPX movie theater.  Four major grocery stores are within a quick drive, including Giant, Safeway, Harris Teeter and Wegmans.  Dining ranges from local pizza parlors, burger joints and Asian cuisine to major chains like Firebirds, Uncle Julio’s, Famous Dave’s and Bar Louie.  Cabela’s recently started construction of its first Washington, DC metro area store, which will be an 80,000 square foot location in Gainesville opening in spring of 2017.

Kingsbrooke is a commuter’s dream, providing quick access to Route 66, several regional commuter lots, and a 15-minute drive to the first station on the Manassas VRE line.  If you want your choice of seats for the trip in to the Pentagon or DC, there’s no better option.  Kingsbrooke also has its own bus stop for the PRTC commuter bus to the Falls Church metro station.  Heading west, it’s a 20-minute drive to Warrenton, and you have easy access from there to Skyline Drive or the scenic parks and hiking paths along the Appalachian Trail.

Speaking of trails, Kingsbrooke has a lot to offer biking, running and hiking enthusiasts.  The Linton Hall corridor has a 10-foot asphalt, multi-use trail extending 7 miles from Route 28 to Route 29, and another 2-mile leg extending from Linton Hall to Vint Hill Road.  The neighborhood itself is sandwiched between two branches of the Broad Run Linear Park, which will feature over ten miles of off-road trails from Lake Manassas to Route 28 along Broad Run and Rocky Branch when completed.
