About Me

I began my career in real estate in 2000 and since that time have been honored to assist more than 200 families and individuals with their Northern Virginia real estate needs, whether selling, buying, or leasing (landlord and tenant representation). In the transient Northern Virginia area, I was fortunate enough to grow up here since 1975, attend Fairfax County Public schools including Mantua and Canterbury Woods, Frost and Woodson so I really appreciate the local excellent educational system and how it often factors heavily into a buyer's purchase decision for their family. I also grew up in a military household with my father often commuting to the Pentagon or points east so I understand the importance of the commute as another important variable in the home buying process. I really enjoy working with military households as I know the stress involved with moving often! I am delighted to have worked with several clients over a decade, helping them with multiple purchases and sales and strive to make the process as straightforward as possible using my strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills. He really listened to the things that we were looking for in a new house, and helped us to find a few that would fit our needs. He was also able to adapt to our needs when looking at houses. Our first time looking 9 years ago, Patrick could help us line up 5 or more houses to see in a day. This time, we had two young children with us, so 2 houses was our limit, and Patrick was quick to accommodate that.
