About Me

Steve Makranczy began his Real Estate carer as an investor in 2004.  Since then he has changed his focus to helping people to buy and sell Real Estate.  After making the career change to full time Realtor in 2008, Steve won the "Rookie of the Year" award for the top selling new agent in 2009.  Steve has also been recognized every year for his customer service and sales volume.  Steve specializes in home sales in Leesburg, Ashburn, and Reston but has a good knowledge of the entire Northern Virginia area.  He grew up in Vienna and has lived in the area for 30 years.

When Steve is not selling Real Estate, he stays active as a triathlete, runner and cyclist.  He owns Transition Triathlon where he helps his wife, Alex, when time allows.  Steve also enjoys, fishing, skiing and spending time with his dogs.
