Excellent Real State. Peter Lopuch helped us to find the right home for us. Peter was always available for us when we had questions or when we wanted to visit homes at the time we required. Peter was not pushy and showed lot of objectivity when we asked for advise. He made us aware of important details we didn’t catch related to the home or location. Peter provided recommendations for lender and was ok with our choices and the many times we requested additional information or clarifications on the terms of the contract. Peter Lopuch is an outstanding realtor. He helped me sell a Condo apartment in Ballston, in Arlington. He was very active in inspecting and advising me on preparing the apartment for sale. Kept me informed through every step of the process, always got back to me quickly when I had questions, and best of all, sold the apartment the first weekend it was listed, at the asking price. I would happily work with Peter again. I have no doubt his knowledge of the local market was a major factor in getting a quick sale.
