My 11 years of experience with working for one of the world's largest hotel brands has given me knowledge about every aspect of the hospitality business. As a proficient hotelier, I learned all about customer service, sales, and how to help people feel comfortable and taken care of. Having mastered the logistics of hospitality service, including front office work, housekeeping coordination, and collaboration with the Banquets Teams, I quickly progressed to taking on leadership roles in sales. Working in sales, along with my commitment to community service, has made me well connected in my industry and my community.
The underlying motivation for my work is that I have a true passion for getting to know new people and finding ways to help them. I have spent the past decade making people feel at home when they are traveling, and it was thrilling when I was able to provide excellent service and anticipate their needs.
