Anne Overington

Anne is the team leader of The Overington Team, a mother/daughter real estate team serving clients in both the greater Fredericksburg, VA and Northern Virginia areas. Anne and her team are proud to offer comprehensive real estate services to buyers & sellers. Anne was licensed to sell real estate in 2002 and is pleased to work with her daughters Catherine Sturtevant & Elizabeth Stanislawski. Her team is committed to using the latest technology to meet clients' needs.

Accomplishments include appointment to the Fredericksburg Area Association of Realtors (FAAR) Board of Directors, 2007 Realtors Choice Award, Century 21 Redwood Top 21 from 2016 through 2022, FAAR 2017 Good Neighbor Award, Century 21 Redwood Leadership Council, President of the Board of Governors for the Fredericksburg Realtors Foundation until 2020, and devotion to other local charities.

The Overington Team assists government and professional clients with relocation services and has a big heart for senior buyers and sellers looking to downsize or prepare a home for sale.
