The purpose of my business is for you to be so outrageously happy with the help I provide that you'll gladly introduce me to at least two people you really care about before I even help you buy, rent, or sell your next home. Not because you feel obligated but because you truly believe they'll benefit.
Hi, my name is Dollie Nicholson working with the accomplished professionals at CENTURY 21, Redwood Realty in Rockville, MD.
Why did I become a real estate professional?
In 2007 I fell prey to unscrupulous real estate operators who sold me a loan that caused my monthly payments to escalate and become unaffordable. I was angry and fearful, so I decided to use that energy to correct this. Fortunately, a loan modification at the time saved me, and as a result of what I went through, I dedicate my real estate practice to helping you avoid unethical practices in the housing market, and show you how investing in real estate can create wealth for you and your family.
Where do I live?
I've lived in Montgomery County, MD, specifically Germantown, for over three decades and raised my son there. I enjoy its rich cultural diversity, the local farmer and flea markets, and the breathtaking man-made lakes. I've been inside lots of homes and I'm currently on a quest to learn about the uniqueness of every neighborhood so I can share that with you.
What's my favorite restaurant?
My favorite restaurant is my home. I love to cook locally grown fruits and vegetables and prepare meals so it's always my first choice. But my second choice is any farm-to-table restaurant.
Something people are surprised to learn about me.
I love photography because it's an art form that I've gotten good at through the years and the end results make me happy.
