My name is Tracey Barrett and I am an Associate Broker at Century 21 Redwood and team leader of the FOCUS on NoVA Real EstateⓇ. My clients characterize me as a "force of nature", an "advocate", and a "trusted resource." My goal for each client is to customize their home selling or buying experience through objective communication, empathy, and a bit of fun.

First-Time Home Buyers: Educate buyers on the importance of selecting their real estate team so they make informed decisions throughout the road to homeownership.

I am one of Northern Virginia's rare "locals," born and raised in Fairfax, graduating from Woodson High School. I earned a degree in Biology from Mary Washington College and a BS in Nursing from George Mason University. Prior to real estate, I conducted clinical research trials in the developmentof anti-viral medications and vaccinations in Infectious Diseases running two offices with two satellite offices. I bring a disciplined clinical approach coupled with individualized compassion to my real estate practice. I currently live in Fairfax with my husband, two sons, and two dogs (Sonny Jurgensen and Nikki). My husband's latest venture is Burke's newest hangout, Bunnyman Brewing.
