The Continental

One of my favorite condo buildings is The Continental. It's a high-rise a couple blocks from the Ballston-MU Metro. Newer type construction along with a roof-top pool and a fitness center. This building is top-notch in my opinion.

Bluemont/Bon Air neighborhood

The Bluemont/Bon Air neighborhood has a lot going for it. Walkable to Ballston, feeds to stop schools, has easy access to the W&OD Trail, multiple parks and playing fields, a rose garden, tennis courts, community pool, Upton Hills regional park with mini gold, batting cages, pools and more. Home prices give you slightly more for your money than some other North Arlington neighborhoods, especially considering the sizable list of benefits.

Pro-Tip - Use Elevators

The escalators are usually significantly slower than the well-placed elevators. If you are in a hurry to the Metro (and let's face it, who isn't?), hop on the elevator on either side of Fairfax Dr for an expedited trip to the platform.
