We recently hosted our first-ever CRUSH 2022 Summit and we couldn’t be more proud of how it turned out! Designed to help agents attract and convert more listings, this half-day virtual event featured Tom Ferry coaches, Redwood agents, an unveiling of a new Redwood Offers product, and insight from everyone’s favorite (Redwood) cofounders.
Needless to say, it’s hard to imagine a better way to kick off 2022. So without further ado, here’s what went down this year:
Crush 2022 Summit Recap
Jason Pantana launched the event with his essential strategies to attract more listings. He walked the audience through six turn-key marketing activities that agents can and should use to accrue more listings.
He covered everything from Google ads to email strategy, giving in-depth explanations for why each activity is a worthwhile undertaking for a real estate agent.
Of course, getting a listing appointment is just one piece of the puzzle. Converting it is another. Following Jason’s session, Bill Pipes presented his “can’t-miss” sales scripts to give agents the best chance during listing presentations.
Bill’s session covered a comprehensive, five-step listing plan formulated to assist agents convert 70% of their listing presentations—considerably higher than the industry standard. He was even generous enough to provide our Redwood agents with the entirety of his listing scripts, a resource which cannot be understated.
After Bill’s session, Eddie Berenbaum, Redwood President + Co-founder, hosted a panel with two agents out of our DC office, Jay Portlance and Jonathan Eng. It was great to gather valuable insight from two successful, practicing real estate agents.
Jay and Jonathan shared how they were able to grow their businesses by leveraging Redwood tools and leadership, and by aggressively marketing both their listings and themselves. They also fielded questions from Eddie, providing helpful anecdotes to our audience. Their formula to success is one that can easily be mimicked!
The final session of the day was the unveiling of our brand-new Redwood Offers product, Redwood Power Buyer. Zach Arnold, General Manager of the platform, walked everyone through this solution-oriented product, highlighting its many advantages. Set to launch 2.2.22, it was developed to make the buying process more efficient for both the agent and the client.
