About Me

I am Dan Schwartz, and I’ve been where you are--eager to find a house that meets your needs, in a location you want, at a price you can afford. My first real estate investment more than ten years ago set the stage for my career as an agent. I learned the ins and outs of rental properties and how to understand and adapt to the ever-changing housing market. Today I enjoy helping clients through the exciting, sometimes daunting, home-buying or selling process. As your Realtor®, I will help you see how a house or condo can be adapted to fulfill your dreams or your buyer’s dreams. I will help you find a home that can meet your needs for a few years, lifetime or sell yours for top dollar.

Background:

I own and manage investment properties in Virginia and Salt Lake City, and rent them to three families and more than 50 students. I earned a Master of Business Administration at The George Washington University and a BA in Accounting and Finance at Syracuse University. (Full disclosure: Die-hard Syracuse Orange and NY Giants fan.) My business and analytic skills are honed through eight years as an auditor for the U.S. government. I am also an outdoor enthusiast and professional scuba diver.
