2015 Fredericksburg Area Association of REALTORS Manager Of The Year April 2016 to Present: REALTOR® Lauren Tate, Branch Leader of CENTURY 21 New Millennium’s Fredericksburg and Stafford locations, was recently recognized as the 2015 Manager of the Year at the Fredericksburg Area Association of REALTORS® (FAAR) annual Awards Gala. Criteria for the award includes commitment to personal and associate education, REALTOR® achievements and contributions, business and civic accomplishments, and innovative, creative, original management.  Tate was chosen from a group of exceptional entrants that were nominated for the award by peer submissions.  New Millennium’s President and co-owner Mary Lynn Stone responded to the announcement saying “Lauren demonstrates what our mantra of being ‘fully vested’ is all about. New Millennium CEO and co-owner Todd Hetherington added that “Lauren’s energy and commitment for her agents personally and professionally has been an inspiration for all of us.” Tate has aided in many initiatives including RealTalk FAAR, a meetup program for Fredericksburg Area REALTORS®, to help expand association outreach.  She is known for high-energy sales meetings and for getting her associates “pumped up” in preparation for the productive week ahead.
