What factors are taken into account for my application?

Home Partners of America® considers several factors when reviewing applications. Items include, but are not limited to: household income, rental and housing history and FICO score.

How quickly will I be approved after I submit an application?

Home Partners of America® typically processes applications within 1-3 business days of receiving all needed information.

How many homes can I look at once I’m approved?

Once your household is approved, you can look at as many houses as you need until you find the perfect one for you.

What if I’m not looking right now?

Your application remains active for 180 days from when you paid the application fee to Home Partners of America®.
