Masters Cup Win Shows CENTURY 21 Redwood Realty’s Commitment to a Culture of Excellence

If you haven’t heard, we were recently named the 2022 Realogy Advantage Network Masters Cup winner! Put simply, this means that we were the top performing brokerage among all Realogy brands—a list that includes CENTURY 21, Coldwell Banker, Sotheby’s International Realty, Corcoran, Better Homes & Gardens, and ERA. 

The award is based on 2021’s performance in home marketing, conversion, customer service, and overall referral management. These are all things that we prioritize, with a focus on recruiting and hiring individuals that we believe will uphold those values.

The momentous win didn’t suddenly appear out of thin air, though. We have been a finalist or semifinalist for the past 7 years in a row, a number that is impressive in its own right. This has been years in the making through providing excellent services to our customers, clients, and partners.

While the award was accepted by our leadership, it really goes out to the agents and staff that make Redwood tick. There is an enormous amount of work that goes on behind the scenes to create an environment that naturally appeals to talented and driven agents.

But it takes more than talent to win an award like this.

Culture is the cornerstone of our success. We are made up of people who take pride in Redwood’s success and elevate one another through teamwork and a single shared goal—to create exceptional experiences for our customers and clients. Our three owners—Eddie Berenbaum, Nick Pasquini, and Shawn Milletary—go out of their way to hone this culture by providing free training, company outings, industry-leading tools, and a rolodex of on-demand resources. They recognize that empowering agents is invaluable.

Just in the past several months, we’ve run biweekly training sessions hosted by professionally trained coaches, a week-long business planning workshop, a January virtual summit, and a multitude of other free events for our agents.

It’s no accident that in 2021 we matched 2,112 clients with our incredible agents, leading to 576 closings and a 98% satisfaction rating. This win is a combination of meticulous planning, proven strategies, and a collection of the best agents and staff in the real estate space.
