Nicholas Pasquini Jr was raised in the construction business in the south hills of Pittsburgh. Nick went on to graduate from Penn State University with a specialized Major of Real Estate & Economics. Nick became one of the Top Producing Sales People with Richmond American Homes where he sold more than 210 Homes for an excess of $50 Million Dollars. In his inaugural year with the company, Nick was one of two finalists for the MAME Rookie of the Year award.
As co-founder of CENTURY 21 Redwood Realty, Nick came aboard full time in November of 2003 after extensive traveling around the globe. In 2005, Nick took on the role of Director of Finance. While keeping CENTURY 21 Redwood Realty “in the black”, Nick also helped CENTURY 21 Redwood Realty grow its business in the region. In 2007, CENTURY 21 Redwood Realty was up 300% in Total Revenues. By 2010 CENTURY 21 Redwood Realty climbed to the 2nd highest producing CENTURY 21 company in the Mid-Atlantic Region. In 2012, CENTURY 21 Redwood Realty completed a successful merger/acquisition resulting in Nick taking on the role of CFO & Director of Business Development. Nick's dual role of CFO & Director of Business development has helped CENTURY 21 Redwood Realty achieve awards from the Cartus Global Relocation Network while catapulting CENTURY 21 Redwood Realty in 2014 to the 9th highest grossing CENTURY 21 company in the World. Century 21 Redwood Realty currently ranks as the 7th highest grossing Century 21 company in the World.
Away from Real Estate Nick enjoys spending time with his friends & family, loves music & the outdoors, and has a passion for world traveling. Nick has visited 50+ countries on 6 continents. His travels have brought him to The Great Wall of China, Taj Mahal, Big Ben, The Coliseum, Macchu Picchu, Great Pyramids, The Serengeti and the Galapagos Islands.
Nick lives in Arlington, VA with his wife Sara Bell Pasquini, daughter Sofia, son Enzo, and his pet Golden Retrieer Gradle.
