Costco is in town
Tucked away in the corner of Northeast DC is a Costco. Now, this little spot is the place to go for bargains and the best fresh pizza in town. Yes, you do need a membership, but where else can you join a club for $50 and share space with the Mayor and the Chief of Police. There is access to the store off New York Avenue or off South Dakota Avenue. Parking is not an issue as Costco has a very large lot. Both soft goods and food are sold at discount prices. You only need to bring your shopping list and patience. It does get crowded and the lines to check out can be long, but the savings are worth the wait!
